This release adds the following policies for Firefox 96 only (not the ESR):

LegacySameSiteCookieBehaviorEnabled - Allows the new SameSite policy to be changed.

LegacySameSiteCookieBehaviorEnabledForDomainList - Allows the new SameSite policy to be changed for specific sites.

This release updates the following policies:

Bookmarks - The documentation has been clarified to explain how this policy can be used to remove all bookmarks. Also, a new item (Bookmarks (JSON)) was added to the ADMX template to allow doing this via GPO.

Cookies - A new option, Behavior, has been added replacing the existing options Default, AcceptThirdParty, and RejectTracker. This new option gives much better control over cookie behavior. Also a new option, BehaviorPrivateBrowsing, was also added to provide this same control when in private browsing.

FirefoxHome - Support has been added for removed sponsored top sites (SponsoredTopSites) and sponsored stories (SponsoredPocket).

Preferences - Added additional preferences keyword.enabled and toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets.

DNSOverHTTPS - This policy now correctly sets the provider URL if specified in policy.

This policy is intended for end-users, not enterprises so it is not in the ADMX templates.

Firefox 87 and Firefox 78.9 ESR now allow GPO/configuration policies and policies.json to coexist. GPO/configuration profiles will always be preferred when there are conflicts.
